Nightlife in El Poblado
Parque Lleras nightlife, by mood
Haven is two minutes from Parque Lleras, and we won't pretend otherwise: this is a nightlife neighborhood. The upside is that you get to choose your kind of night. These are the Parque Lleras bars we recommend, ordered from a quiet drink to a night that ends late.
Almost all of them are four minutes or less on foot. Getting back to the hotel is easy, and that changes how you go out: start early, switch plans halfway through and never worry about a car.
For conversation
A quiet drink
Mala Audio Bar is a listening bar with a vinyl DJ and well-made classics; per our data, it's open Tuesday through Saturday. Bar Carmen, No. 39 on The World's 50 Best Bars 2026, is the most acclaimed cocktail bar around, built on Afro-Colombian spirits and Andean herbs. Book ahead.
If you'd rather have wine, Baravan Bar de Vinos, sister to Sambombi, is the calmest option for a long conversation. Siete Pulgadas Listening Bar, in Manila, pairs records and precise cocktails at a volume meant for talking.
Before you head out
Sunset with a view
Start up high. Náufrago Rooftop is less than a block away, and our 360° Rooftop & Restaurant, on the 11th floor, has a pool and a 360-degree view of the city. On the first Friday of every month, there's a party at the 360°.
For the most serious cocktails with a view, Mamba Negra, No. 22 on The World's 50 Best Bars 2026, is up on Las Palmas. It's uphill, so take a cab.

Salsa
Quema Que Quema is on our own street: a house devoted to salsa, with live bands on weekends and Caribbean food. For more salsa, and if a cab ride doesn't bother you, Son Havana in Laureles is the city's temple of Cuban salsa.
Cocktails and DJs
Calante Cocktail House sits between talking and dancing, and it's where local bartenders go after their shift. Konbini starts as a bar and ends as a dance floor; per our data, it's closed Tuesdays.
Electronic
Salón Amador is El Poblado's go-to for house and techno. It's open Thursday through Saturday, per our data; check the lineup before you go.

Parque Lleras · $$
A listening bar with a vinyl DJ at its centre, lava lamps and well-made classics: the ideal prelude to the night.
Our tip: One block from the hotel; arrive early to talk before the volume rises.
Lleras and Provenza stay busy until late. As in any nightlife district in a big city, use common sense.
Carry only the cash and cards you plan to use, and leave your passport put away. Keep your phone in your pocket while walking, and don't accept drinks from strangers.
For anything more than a few blocks, take a cab or use a ride-hailing app. If you're heading outside El Poblado, say to Laureles, cab it both ways.
Haven's front desk and security are staffed 24 hours.
