Medellín from above
Medellín makes the most sense from above: a valley ringed by mountains, with the city climbing up the slopes. The rooftop bars in Medellín we recommend are almost all in El Poblado, and three of them are two minutes or less from Haven.
For the lookouts and the hillside terraces, you'll need a cab. We've sorted them by distance and by the kind of evening: sunset and a walk home, a party, a special occasion or night views without a bar.
At Haven
It's on Haven's 11th floor, with a pool and a 360-degree view of the city. It runs as both restaurant and bar, and it's where we host the first-Friday party every month, parties at the heated pool and, now and then, a brunch as a scheduled event.
To get an edge table, head up well before sunset. Afterward, Provenza is two minutes away for dinner.

Less than a block away, on top of the Click Clack hotel. Open valley views, signature cocktails and a kitchen with guest-chef pop-ups. A great sunset stop before dinner.
On top of The Charlee, in Provenza. It's the most party-minded: two levels, a pool, a DJ and a dress code. Get there early if you want a table facing the mountains.
Not a bar: it's a rooftop wellness center in Manila with massages, sauna and yoga. We include it for anyone who wants the height without the cocktail.
By cab
Up on Las Palmas, uphill, about eleven minutes by car. It's No. 22 on The World's 50 Best Bars 2026, with an elliptical bar, a panoramic valley view and a cocktail tasting menu. This is the rooftop for a big night; book ahead.
